Karl F. Arleth, President, Chief Executive Officer
Karl Arleth joined Teton in 2002 as a Director and became President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2003.  Mr. Arleth serves as Advisor on Teton’s Audit Committee.  Prior to Teton, Mr. Arleth was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Sefton Resources, Inc., a London listed oil and gas exploration and production company. Between 1999 and 2001, he was an outside Director of Big Horn Resources, a Calgary based oil and gas company, now known as Enterra Energy Trust and President of a London based oil and gas independent. Ending in 1999, Mr. Arleth spent 21 years with Amoco and BP-Amoco. In 1998 he chaired the Board of the Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) for BP-Amoco in Baku, Azerbaijan. Concurrently in 1997-1998, he was also President of Amoco Caspian Sea Petroleum Ltd. in Azerbaijan. In 1997, he served as Director of Strategic Planning for Amoco Corporations Worldwide Exploration and Production Sector in Chicago. From 1992 to 1996 Mr. Arleth was President of Amoco Poland Ltd. in Warsaw, Poland. Between 1977 and 1992, Mr. Arleth held positions with Amoco as an exploration and development geologist, project supervisor, manager and executive in Denver, Tulsa, Chicago and Houston. Mr. Arleth holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of California at Riverside and a Master of Science in Geology from San Diego State University.  He has also completed the Executive Developmental Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dominic Bazile, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Dominic Bazile joined Teton in February 2007 as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and recently became a Director. Mr. Bazile came to Teton after four years at Bill Barrett Corporation as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering.  While at Bill Barrett Corp., Mr. Bazile grew a technical and operational staff from one to 100 in four years and implemented annual budgets in excess of $300 million to grow production and reserves.  Mr. Bazile also played a key role in taking Bill Barrett Corp. public on the New York Stock Exchange, whose initial market capitalization was over $1 billion. Prior to Bill Barrett Corp., Mr. Bazile was a Drilling Manager at Barrett Resources Corporation where he oversaw all drilling, completions and workovers for the company. Mr. Bazile was an Area Engineer at Plains Petroleum before the company was acquired by Barrett Resources in 1996 where he was responsible for Permian Basin Assets.  Mr. Bazile began his career as a petroleum engineer with Gulf Oil Corporation in the gulf coast region.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.


Lonnie Brock, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Brock brings over thirty years in accounting and management experience in the Rocky Mountain basins of the Western U.S.  He has developed high quality and effective Wall Street relationships which have resulted in a number of successful debt and equity financings. Lonnie is the former Chief Financial Officer of Double Eagle Petroleum Company (NASDAQ-GS:DBLE).  Prior to his position with Double Eagle, he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance for Gerrity Oil and Gas Corporation, where he completed a $100 million debt offering and secured a bank group revolving credit agreement. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Brock served with Western Gas Resources in a number of positions of increasing responsibility beginning as Controller, followed by Vice President of Finance and subsequently Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.  During this period, he built a high quality financial organization of over 100 people and completed numerous debt and equity financings. From 1978 to 1985 he served as a Senior Auditor, and Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Brock is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University. 


Richard Bosher, Vice President of Business Development
Rich Bosher joined Teton in August 2006 as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Bosher previously served as Partner and Vice President of Sales for Transzap and the Oildex service line, a leading provider of “software as a service” to the oil and gas community in which he played a significant role in founding and growing the company to over 1,200 customers and profitability from 1999 to 2006. Prior to Transzap, he was an Acquisitions and Divestments Manager with Amoco Canada in Calgary, Alberta, where he was responsible for closing sales, purchases and exchanges of oil and gas properties. Between 1993 and 1997 Mr. Bosher was Director of Business Development for Amoco Poland in Warsaw. His responsibilities included Exploration and Production project development and new ventures including co-generation, power, gas storage and downstream project evaluation. From 1987-1993 he was a Senior Staff Geophysicist in Amoco’s Houston Exploration group, where he was responsible for East Africa exploration, as well as exploration plays in Indonesia, Romania, The Former Soviet Union, and Africa. Mr. Bosher began his career with Amoco in 1981as an exploration geophysicist in Denver where he was involved in exploration in the Rocky Mountains, California and Alaska. Mr. Bosher holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Buffalo and a Master of Science in Geophysics from the University of Hawaii. He has completed the Rice University Executive Business Program and is fluent in Spanish, Polish, and Russian.


Steve Godfrey, Vice President of Operations
Steve Godfrey joined Teton in March of 2008 and has over 27 years of oil and gas experience with a major emphasis on drilling, production and completion operations. Previously, Steve worked for Forest Oil for seven years, serving in various capacities including Director of Drilling, US- Onshore Drilling Manager and Gulf Coast Onshore Drilling Manager. During that time, Steve was responsible for all day-to-day operations including design, contracting, and budgeting. Prior to Forest Oil, Steve spent 21 years with Texaco and held several positions including Senior Drilling/Asset Manager, North America West Area Drilling and Completion Manager and various engineering positions. In both venues, Steve built a strong team targeted at efficient and cost-effective results. Steve has worked in numerous areas including the Rocky Mountains, Mid-Continent, Permian Basin, South and East Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Offshore California, Alaska and Canada. Mr. Godfrey has a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
